ES & MES FUTURES TRADE PLAN #324
TUESDAY/WEDNESDAY RTH SETUPS 🗓️ Posted: Tuesday June 9, 2026
TODAY’S REVIEW: ES FUTURES
Our System
The Best Price Action in a While
Today clearly demonstrated our ability to take the right trades in the right location.
Long when we need to be long. Short when it’s time to get short. Taking profit at the right locations and catching the reversals per our outlined Battle Plan setups.
If today wasn’t the ultimate stress test for our complete trading system… I don’t know what is.
Thank you for being a member and allowing me to do what I love to do.
Battle Plan 1️⃣ | ES Long Setup
Last night, I entered this trade two different times for a beautiful trade.
🔥 My lead contracts captured 20 points of profit each, and my final lotto runner captured 50.
Trading small can pay beautifully!
Monster MES Short
While I was trading long, I also mapped out a potential short as a turnaround trade.
Be sure to watch the video above.
🔥 I locked 145 points of that MES short, as demonstrated in the video above.
Recognizing the turnaround pattern is very valuable. It is something we do very well in our futures trading room
The value of being on Zoom cannot be overstated.
Battle Plan 3️⃣ | ES Long Setup
Although Battle Plan 3️⃣ had a bounce and reached the small target provided, I was looking for Battle Plan 4️⃣ below.
Battle Plan 4️⃣ | MES Long Setup
Many of us took the apex of Battle Plan 4️⃣ and did very well just before the news that Trump was going to attack Iran for shooting down an Apache helicopter.
As noted in the video above… you should always have a stop, no matter what.
Battle Plan 4️⃣ notes had something special ” Potentially a great trade location for an option play long.”. Curious if anyone did an option play here??
Battle Plan 5️⃣ : Final ES Long Setup of the Day
170 Points Away
Yes, Battle Plan 5️⃣ was 170 points away from yesterday’s close.
Battle Plan trades are mapped with a wide lens — we’re looking well beyond the day’s range.
So when you see a Battle Plan trade 100 or more points away, don’t assume we can’t get there.
We can get there very quickly!
What more could you ask for?
Tip of the Day
Trade what is happening, not what you want to happen.
That was the absolute key to today’s trading.
Scoreboard
Points Accumulated This Week:
Battle Plan: 180+
🔥 Battle Plan 1️⃣ for 50-90 points. Eight points away from being a 100-pointer.
🔥 Battle Plan 3️⃣ for 10 points.
🔥 Battle Plan 4️⃣ for 20 points.
🔥 Battle Plan 5️⃣ for 100+ points.
Zoom: 180+
Trade of the Week called Live on Zoom.
Be sure to watch the video above.
🔥 100 to 200 point short called! All you had to do was hold a lotto runner.
Core strategy is also designed to protect traders… when price action is too irrational.
Contrary to what gurus say… not every day is a trade day.
Luckily, core strategy is just one component of our system.
Another no-trade day because of the fifteen-point candles.
I am absolutely not afraid to trade in 15-point candle land… but you have to be absolutely perfect!
With the nerves of Iceman.
And the patience of Job.
Each red candle in the chart below represents 15 points or more… Look at the number of red candles. Wow.

COMMON QUESTIONS FOR ES FUTURES TRADERS
How did all five Battle Plan trades activate in a single session?
A: Today was one of those rare sessions where price swept through every mapped Battle Plan level. The market opened long-sided, ran to target, reversed into a monster short, and continued lower. Battle Plan one through five all activated and reached their targets. That is exactly what the Battle Plan is built for… pre-planned levels mapped the night before, ready to trade when price arrives.
What is a lotto runner and why does it matter?
A: A lotto runner is a single contract held after taking profit on lead contracts. The idea is simple… you are already in a winning trade, your profit is secured, and the runner costs you nothing to hold. On Battle Plan one today, lead contracts captured twenty points each. The lotto runner captured fifty. On the Monster MES Short, the lotto runner locked one hundred forty-five points. One contract… held with patience… can make your entire week.
Battle Plan five was one hundred seventy points away from yesterday’s close. How is that a realistic trade?
A: Battle Plan trades are mapped with a wide lens… looking well beyond the day’s immediate range. One hundred seventy points sounds unreachable. But price can get there very quickly. Today proved it. Members are coached never to dismiss a Battle Plan trade simply because it appears far away. The question is not how far… it is whether the level is valid. If it is mapped, it is valid.
What is Core Strategy and why was it at zero points today?
A: Core Strategy is the rule-based entry system taught inside Micros Trader Academy. It uses laser-tight stops, a three-contract system, and specific entry criteria. Today’s session featured fifteen-point candles… extreme, irrational price action that falls outside Core Strategy parameters. Core Strategy sitting at zero is not a failure. It is the system doing its job… protecting traders from conditions where the risk-reward does not align. Not every day is a trade day.
What trading conditions are expected for the rest of the week?
A: Level Ten conditions through Friday. CPI drops Wednesday morning. Trump has promised military retaliation for the downed Apache helicopter. SpaceX IPO is Friday. Any one of those events alone would warrant caution… all three in the same week means dangerous trading conditions. The Battle Plan mappings are not changing for Wednesday… the same five setups remain valid at lower probability as potential small longs. Trade small… or stand down entirely.
MICROS TRADER BASICS
Together We Trade Better
Together We Trade Better is the founding philosophy of Micros Trader. It is the belief that serious traders improve faster, stay more disciplined, and build real consistency when they are surrounded by people working the same system toward the same goals.
Trading alone is hard. Trading in a room full of noise is harder. Trading with a focused group of disciplined professionals who all speak the same language, follow the same process, and hold the same standards… that is what Micros Trader is built around.
