Four Years By Invitation Only
Micros Trader opened to the public in 2022. The room started four years before that.
From February 2018 the group ran by invitation only. Founding members traded more than 1,000 live sessions together before membership was offered to anyone outside the room. There was no website. No signup page. You got in because someone brought you in.
Session No. 1 on YouTube was not the first session. It was the day the doors opened.
Counting both eras, that is 2,184 live sessions in front of the same members, year in and year out.
Mission
Micros Trader's mission is to transform speculative traders into disciplined risk managers. The platform is built on the belief that markets should be treated as a business, not a gambling venue… with process prioritized over profits and capital preservation placed above all else.
The operating standard is Green Over Greed: lock in a profitable day and walk away rather than risk giving it back through overtrading. The foundational rule of the system is No Level, No Trade… members wait for price to reach a pre-mapped, clearly defined level before entering. No chasing. No improvising. No emotional decisions.

Micros Trader does not predict price. It maps levels in advance and waits for price to arrive. Traders act with intention rather than react emotionally to price movements.

Preparation is Power
The Battle Plan is built 15 to 20 hours before the market opens. Arriving prepared eliminates the need to make decisions under pressure. Every session begins with a plan already in place.

Members are taught to create space between impulse and action. Knowing when to disengage, closing the platform after a win or a loss, is treated as a skill rather than a weakness.

The Battle Plan
Each evening, George publishes the Battle Plan, a detailed strategic roadmap for the following trading session. Preparation begins 15 to 20 hours before the open. The Battle Plan maps specific entry zones and trade locations for ES and MES futures, identifying where bulls are positioned, where shorts are the counter-trade, and where to stand down entirely. It eliminates guesswork and gives members a clear framework before the market opens.
The Battle Plan includes annotated chart levels, directional bias, trade ideas with entry ladders (Apex, First Ladder, Second Ladder), and notes on key price reactions. Members receive it each evening by 5:00 PM EST.
Live Trading and Daily Zoom Sessions
Full members join a live Zoom session each morning, beginning approximately 15 minutes before market open and running through approximately 11:00 AM Eastern. George leads every session, calling out trade ideas in real-time, identifying Core Strategy setups as they develop, and providing live commentary on ES price action throughout the session.
Sessions include multi-index analysis of ES, NQ, YM, and RTY for confluence and confirmation. Tuesday AM Zoom sessions are open to the public on YouTube.
George rarely misses a session.
Core Strategy Academy
The Core Strategy Academy is a 33-lesson curriculum teaching Micros Trader's advanced scalping system. It covers three primary bounce levels, a three-contract position management system, volume profile trading, range trading, reversal box identification, and the Leverage Matrix… a predefined risk framework designed to keep traders consistent before emotional pressure sets in.
Learning is not self-directed. Members submit their charts directly to George for personal review at each stage of the curriculum. When a level is marked correctly, George confirms it. When corrections are needed, George records a video or schedules a personal Zoom review. The Four Badge Challenge structures the learning path: three badges for the three bounce levels, and a fourth badge requiring the trader to identify all setups on a completed 3-minute chart.
This is not a course you purchase and grind through alone. It is mentored, verified, and personally reviewed.
