What A Live Futures Trading Room Should Actually Be
Most live trading rooms are chat rooms. Somebody posts an opinion, twenty people argue about it, and by the time anyone acts the move is gone.
This one runs the other way. One plan is published before the bell. Everybody trades the same levels off the same chart. In the trading room… when a Battle Plan is activated, you hear the call as it happens, not a screenshot of it afterward. That is the difference… real-time trading.
ES E-mini and MES micro futures are what gets traded in the room today. CME launched E-nano equity index futures on August 24, 2026, and the NES nano contract joins them … same Battle Plan, same levels, one-tenth the size of a micro.

- Before the open: the plan is on screen and the levels are set.
- The open: we watch price come to the level rather than chasing it.
- The trade: entry, stop and target called live, out loud.
- When nothing sets up: we Stand Down and say so. FLAT as a TRADE.
