“I’ve grown leaps and bounds as a trader since joining George’s group in a very short time. Prior to joining, played simple supply and demand strategy, and going by my gut. Which, sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t. Overall this led to a boom/bust cycle, without consistency. Since joining the group, George’s system has put me into boundaries that provide precise entries, and targets for exits. All the guesswork is removed. This has led to fewer trades, less boom and bust, steady but more consistent growth. Just today got my first 93% win rate, with each day being a steady climb up! “Today we were sitting on the terrace with my wife enjoying a glass of wine and nice weather and I told her a bit about where I am with trading. I told her that with the new system and proper account size 1-2 trades per day can be enough to make enough money for a very good living. Actually much higher than I earn now holding quite high position in the company in Switzerland. She was amazed, of course. However, I told her that nothing comes for free. It cost me almost $30K of losses with (another group) just to meet George at the end. Then not an easy process to learn from scratch, make mistakes, ping ponging between frustration and victories, but all with constant support and hand holding from George. Sometimes it’s good to stop and look back on the journey to realize that nothing comes for free, but the efforts, resilience and trust are awarded by the universe. (Margin was something like $1300 or 28.09% yield on margin) The two 19 Dec short put spreads sold for $0.40 and expired worthless. Net after commissions was +$75.04 (margin was $920 or +8.16% yield on margin) The two 20 Dec short put spreads sold for $0.35 and expired worthless. Net after commissions was +$65.04 (margin was $1395 or +4.2% yield on margin) The three 21 Dec short call spreads sold for $0.25 and expired worthless. “Trader Games were great! Super easy to get it right away, no confusion. What I loved most is that it reinforces the most important levels that we should be focusing on at the beginning of every AM session, and we make our “game plan” of what we think might happen for the day based on where the liquidity rests. For example “based on the chart, I will look to for longs if we take out last week/this week low and start laddering” For me personally I was more focused on just staying green by trading bounce levels and taking partials at the bounce and setting the lotto runner at BE as opposed for going huge home runs which can lead to big stopouts. It’s great because it demonstrates and reinforces the effectiveness of the 3 contract system. One potential need is a “consistency” metric. I’m more satisfied with fewer points if I’m consistent and don’t take huge point fluctuations. An inconsistent trader may just bet max at a level and will have weeks of big wins and also weeks of large losses. That style of trading does not work in real life.”— Tim

“It’s very hard. We all struggle with the same prediction/gambling/emotional habits. We are here to encourage each other and help focus on discipline and high probability trades. The system works but you don’t get as many trades as our human brains want. It’s worth it in the end for the peace of mind. You will truly look at charts different as you get your badges and work through the system. Having success and ‘guessing’ correctly a few times in a row is a great feeling but really does set you up for a huge loss that will be hard to recover from. Go look at twitter, it’s full of stories of traders ‘knowing’ where the market will go and losing everything. I joined the group, had my first 3 weeks in a row green. Started to think everything was going to work. Got away from the core trades and got back into gambling and prediction trading. We want those quick wins and having big winners is a big high that you just want to get back to. The hard part is getting away from the emotional trading, waiting for the better trades and letting the system work. I finally got back to that this week and it was the calmest week of trading I’ve had even though I’ve ‘missed’ a lot of moves. “I started in this group last Friday. I signed up because I was tired of blowing accounts, thinking I had a strategy, thinking I could trade NQ. I was in another room and the guy said he would show his entries and teach the way… yeah NO!!
So I started doing some research, looking for someone who trades ES, does not promise to make you rich, has a strategy that works, and does not tell you this will be easy because their strategy is the greatest. I found Micros Trader on YouTube, watched his videos, and then went to his website. I went through the free foundations course and liked what I saw, so I signed up.
I have been working my way through the training —still a long way to go—but I've been around futures trading for a long time. I have the basics covered and some of the more complex stuff, too. I started trading in a cash account in February 2026 and had a great March. Unfortunately, because of a lack of discipline and a poor understanding of key levels, I gave it all back in just two days.
I started watching Microstrader videos on YouTube and was intrigued. After experiencing more losses, I realized I needed to make a change, so I joined the Microstrader group.
Since joining, the change in my trading has been tremendous, especially in two areas: trading psychology and understanding key levels.
George constantly reinforces the importance of discipline with reminders like “green over greed,” “you don’t need another trade,” and “one and done.” After hearing these repeatedly, they now play in my head at exactly the moments when I need them most.
At one point, I made a decision that I would either commit to becoming disciplined or quit trading. That decision changed everything.
I have learned to be content with a winning trade instead of feeling the need to keep trading and make more money, only to give back what I had already made.
Being able to take one trade on a high-risk day, close everything down, and say “one and done” is the level of discipline I learned from this group. That has been one of the biggest changes in my trading.
George’s ability to identify and mark key levels and ranges on the charts has also made a huge difference for me. The Zoom sessions have helped me learn how to read these levels and, more importantly, how to watch price action around them. I have found that price often reacts at these levels, creating potential entry and exit opportunities.
Everyone sees the market differently and may trade different strategies, but I have found that understanding these key levels is valuable regardless of the strategy being used.
George’s approach of using multiple micros and scaling out as price moves has also changed the way I think about position sizing and has helped me keep my risk low.
By being part of MicrosTrader, I have learned the importance of discipline, patience, understanding key levels, and managing risk. A huge thank you to George and the entire Microstrader group for transforming my trading.

I grew up watching the ticker tape. My dad was a stockbroker for Smith Barney back in the day — the 90s. I loved how markets worked, and how new companies rose and fell in the world. (I even remember when they changed from fractions to decimals.)
I traded a little throughout the early 2000s through my dad’s broker account and did fairly well. This is where I formed some bad habits.
I was a stock picker without a hard system for evaluations. It was more news-driven and speculation than anything. I was right enough to keep going but lost enough to not go anywhere.
Over time my focus shifted away from the markets to college and early career. When I came back to trading I was married and had 2 kids under 3. I felt the pressure to perform and developed the following bad habits: emotional trading, predictive trading, moving stop losses to “force it to work.”
I was on the road to recovery when I came across your channel. I was already reading and adopting Adam Mancini’s ES strategy, but his was a written format only. I needed to fix deeper issues by participating in a group and reset how a trader thinks and acts.
Since joining I’ve fixed the emotional trading, stopped forcing a trade, stopped predictive trading, take 1-2 trades a day, and acted patiently for the market to enter areas I feel are more supportive for what I’m looking for. Side note — I don’t trade micros, so I have a 2-contract system.
Aside from what you have taught and reminded us, I have 1 hard rule: I stop trading for the day if I make 1 emotional or bored trade. Regardless of the direction it goes. I need to justify in my journal what I see for a set-up and why I took it. Trading bored or emotional is a foundational issue for most traders.

George recommends an excellent baby-steps process to learning futures day trading and developing consistent Emini & MES scalping strategies.
Step 1: Get profitable in a simulator (sim) and keep a detailed trade journal to track setups, risk, and results.
Step 2: Join a funded futures trading program. There are several reputable options, and for about $100/month you can trade other people’s real money. If you’re profitable, you keep most of the profits. Stay with it until you build up $20k+ in “house money.”
Step 3: Use only that money to trade live with small size.
Step 4: Increase position size when ready.
We met randomly in 2021 and I was immediately impressed.
As a physician, I’ve spent years learning and working alongside some of the most intelligent, motivated, ambitious, perfectionist, meticulous, fastidious, disciplined, high-achieving professionals in the world.
I could envision meeting George during one of those 12-hour study marathons in the medical library. He has used those same strengths to succeed in real estate and, more recently, to become one of the rare 1% of profitable futures traders.
