This weekend is a perfect example of why holding a lotto runner over the weekend can be very challenging… and not recommended.
If you desire to hold that runner, I typically recommend being up at minimum 50 points. If not 100 points! A lot can happen over the weekend.
The 50-point drop last night should be an eye opener.
ES Trading Room Recap
Watch the video above for a recap.
I was surprised we did NOT take out the London Low.
Taking profit where I suggested was very smart.
Then we charged up, took out the IB High and Asia High… and eventually reclaimed the bull barrel.
We got the answer to our Battle PlanBattle PlanA set of pre-mapped trade scenarios created the night before trading begins. This is your roadmap for the day. It outlines specific zones where you're interested in engaging price—long or short—if the market behaves according to plan. Full entry → 3️⃣ question. I referenced it in the recap video too.
Battle Plan Trades | Best ES Trade Setups
Although these were outside of my trading hours, I still don’t think I would have taken either of these trades.
They performed well.
🔥 Note in the AM Briefing, I mentioned that we had already traversed six Strong Levels down the chart. Typically, in a down move, ES takes 5 to 7 Strong LevelsStrong LevelsProprietary weekly support and resistance levels used to identify areas for "touch and go" trades or reclaims. These levels act like magnets for price. Full entry →… and then the bulls took back over control. It happened again. The traders who didn’t watch the AM Briefing, or take the time to read tonight’s Battle Plan, missed the lesson – but not you – nice job!!
Tip of the Day
You Do You:
Nobody should talk you into a trade nor out of one.
We discuss the pros and cons, then you do you.
Just know where you’re wrong before you enter… and get out when you get there.
Although Battle Plan 2️⃣ and Battle Plan 3️⃣ performed well, I will not award points for them. Today’s price action was barely tradable. 50-point gap down and then Trump news.
That said, I am very, very pleased with the mappings… these trade ideas were certainly on-the-money. In fact, if you didn’t know they were mapped on Friday afternoon, they would look like “hindsight”.

🔥 We talked about a short taking out the RTH low and perhaps beyond for the aggressive… they captured 20 points like trader Casey.

TOMORROW’S ES KEY LEVELS AND TRADE IDEAS
Tonight’s Battle Plan maps the ES key levels for tomorrow’s session… the bounce zones and the trade ideas that go with them. Members read the full plan below.
Should I hold a lotto runnerLotto RunnerA "risk-free" contract held after initial profits are locked in. Your stop is moved to break-even (or slightly profitable), allowing you to potentially capture a massive move—100+ points—with zero risk. Full entry → over the weekend in ES futures?
A: A lotto runner is the last small piece of a winning position you leave on, hoping for a big move. Holding one over the weekend is very challenging… and I do not recommend it. If you want to hold it anyway, be up at least 50 points. Better yet, 100 points. A lot can happen over a weekend. The 50 point gap down in Battle Plan #391 is the eye opener. Take the profit and enjoy your Saturday.
What is a Strong Level and why does it matter in a down move?
A: A Strong Level is a Micros Trader weekly support or resistance level on the ES and MES. Price tends to react there… a bounce, a rejectionRejectionRejection is the opposite of acceptance. It occurs when price is quickly pushed away from a level, often leaving tails or single prints behind. Full entry →, or a reclaim with follow through. Strong Levels also help you count a move. In a down move, ES typically takes out 5 to 7 Strong Levels… then the bulls take back control. Battle Plan #391 came after six Strong Levels down the chart, and the bulls did exactly that. Count the levels. Stop chasing when the count is stretched.
What does Stand Down mean in the Battle Plan?
A: Stand Down means flat. No trade. Hands off the mouse until price gives you a real setup at a real level. In Battle Plan #391, Battle Plan 3 sits on a Strong Level the bulls defended. If that level breaks and price starts vomiting down with a vengeance, you Stand Down. Nobody needs to be a hero looking for the first long below there. That is also what No Knife Catching means… you do not buy a falling market just because it feels cheap. Wait for the defense. Then trade.
What is the Core Strategy?
A: The Core Strategy is the Micros Trader trading system for Full Members. It uses Strong Levels and repeatable setups on the 3 minute chart, such as the 3M FS and 3M BS. In Battle Plan #391, the Core Strategy scored 30 plus points, including a 3M FS for 30 points and a 3M BS for 10 to 15 points called live in the trading room. It is the same playbook every day… know the level, wait for the setup, manage the trade.
A: Green Over GreedGreen Over GreedA psychological rule reminding you to lock in a profitable ("green") day and walk away rather than risking those profits by overtrading. Full entry → means you take the win when the market hands it to you. Green is a closed profit. Greed is holding for more and giving it back. Battle Plan #391 has the perfect example… a lotto runner held over the weekend that ate a 50 point gap down. Scale outScale In/Scale OutAdding to (scaling in) or reducing (scaling out) your position as the trade develops. Our 3-Contract System is all about scaling out—taking profits at different levels while letting a runner work. Full entry →. Trail your stop. Pay yourself first. Nobody should talk you into a trade or out of one, so know where you’re wrong before you enter… and get out when you get there.
MICROS TRADER BASICS
Strong Levels
Strong Levels are Micros Trader’s proprietary weekly support and resistance levels for the ES and MES. They identify areas where price is likely to react… either as a touch-and-go trade or a level reclaim with follow-through. Strong Levels act as magnets for price and are a core component of both the Battle Plan and the Core Strategy system.
Members receive Strong Levels through the Battle Plan Indicator on TradingView, updated weekly. Understanding how price interacts with Strong Levels, and how to wait patiently for those interactions, is foundational to the Micros Trader system.
This Battle Plan you just read… there is a free simulator where you TRADE a real week of them. The actual published plans, the actual ES candles, George’s word-for-word notes… and Boot Camp Mode coaches you bar by bar. Runs in your browser.

You should carefully consider your objectives, financial situation, needs, psychological and emotional fortitude, and any other relevant personal circumstances when determining whether or not trading is suitable for you. Trading is not for everyone, and for some there are much easier ways to make money from a side-hustle or career more suited to their personality and situation.
Trading is exceptionally difficult to succeed at, with a remarkably high failure rate. So please do your own due diligence to protect yourself and your capital from unnecessary losses and damage. Seek advice from a qualified professional (such as a financial advisor) if you feel uncertain about your decision to begin trading.
THE RISK OF LOSS IN TRADING SECURITIES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT INVESTED. HOWEVER, THE RISK OF LOSS IN TRADING DERIVATIVES (SUCH AS FUTURES, CFDS, FOREX ETC) MAY NOT BE LIMITED. THIS MEANS YOU MAY LOSE MORE THAN YOUR ACCOUNT BALANCE OR THE AMOUNT REQUIRED TO HOLD AND CONTROL THE PARTICULAR DERIVATIVE, ESPECIALLY WHEN EMPLOYING LEVERAGE.
THE HIGH DEGREE OF LEVERAGE THAT IS OFTEN OBTAINED IN FUTURES, OPTIONS, FOREX AND CONTRACTS FOR DIFFERENCE CAN WORK AGAINST YOU AS WELL AS FOR YOU. IN OTHER WORDS, THE USE OF LEVERAGE IS A TOOL THAT CAN LEAD TO LARGE LOSSES AS WELL AS LARGE GAINS. WHEN USED PROPERLY THIS CAN BE AN ADVANTAGE, BUT WHEN USED IMPROPERLY AND CARELESSLY IT CAN RESULT IN CATASTROPHIC LOSSES - OFTEN RAPIDLY.
